When
it comes to singing and songwriting Pamela Allenger is full of excitement and
enthusiasm. At age nine she shows extraordinary talent as a singer/songwriter.
Her first experience with professional singing, songwriting, and recording is
to be documented through Creative Paths of the Arts blog site, as she records a
song written for her by Tere Kipp entitled Pamela’s
Glory. This project is a collaborative effort that involves musicians in
both Florida and New Hampshire. Pamela and Tere are holding vocal recording
sessions at Saturn Sound Studio in West Palm Beach, FL with instrumentation and
additional children back-up vocals being recorded at Rocking Horse Studio in
Pittsfield, New Hampshire.

Grandmothers Hand
Granddaughter come
Take hold of Grandmothers hand
While we dance in the circle
To the heartbeat of the earth
Granddaughter come
Take hold of Grandmothers hand
While we sing in harmony
The sweet song of sisterhood
Granddaughter come
Take hold of Grandmothers hand
While we laugh out loud
To the joys of being together
Granddaughter come
Take hold of Grandmothers hand ...

Pamela Allenger's Musical Beginnngs
When I first met Pamela it was not in regards to music but
nonetheless within an hour’s time she ended up in my (home) studio entranced
with creating songs and sounds. As an artist, it is easy to recognize creative
qualities in other individuals and that is exactly what happened when Pamela
entered into my world of music.
As a singer/songwriter I find creative inspiration to be a
strange phenomenon. Sometimes you have a creative idea or a particular subject
matter that you work on and other times creative impulse grabs a hold of
you and your life comes to a complete halt until you allow it to manifest
through your particular form of expression.
For the past six months I have been actively involved in the
creation of a Bluegrass/Country music project. Shortly after meeting Pamela,
while driving across the state of Florida, this sweet gospel melody entered my
mind. My first thought was …where did that come from, my second thought was…
this is a song for Pamela, and my third thought was… thank-you! When I arrived
home, I called Pamela’s mother Lisa and explained that I had a song that I would
like Pamela to sing and asked if she would allow her daughter to be involved in
my current recording project.
Today Pamela and I began the process of bringing this song
to light. I will be posting our progress with this project on the Creative
Paths of the Arts blog. Part of the vocal recordings will be done in West Palm
Beach, Florida at Saturn Sound Studio with musicianship and additional vocals
to be recorded at Rocking Horse Studio in Pittsfield, New Hampshire.

Making it All Come Alive
This project was designed as a tool for teaching the creative process in a workshop that I offer through Centre Resources, LLC “Finding Your Voice and Being Heard” http://cntres.com/workshops.html.
It is a combination of original songs and stories written by my son and myself (Coby Carlucci and Tere Kipp). The intention of the project was to showcase various types of music genres and writing style. The entire CD is available for your listening pleasure on the Creative Paths of the Arts blog playlist. Note: The song Dear Jesus was co- written by Tere Kipp and Coby Carlucci.
During the course of the project an array of musicians and studio engineers from up and down the east coast participated in the project. Special thanks to all of those creative individuals who collectively brought this project to light:

Ellsworth, New Hampshire
Where mountain spells are cast upon a rainbow’s promise
I plant my soul in the richness of natural existence
Where wise old trees come alive to dance in a full moon’s light
I sing a song of bliss
Where natures four seasons encounter earth’s four directions
I become one with all the kingdoms
Where brothers and sisters alike equal family and friends forever
I give the bond of true love
Where motto befalls salutations that suggest live free or die
I fly my inner flag of freedom
When home is where the heart is
I am undoubtedly found… in New Hampshire!
